7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your purchased item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all original tags and invoices intact.
Items Eligible for Return
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
- Missing Parts: If the product you receive is incomplete or has missing components.
Please note that items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for a return.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

- Provide Proof: For damaged or incorrect items, you will be required to provide photographic or video evidence. A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for any claims related to damaged items to be considered.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item to us.
Shipping for Returns
For eligible returns, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address. In cases where reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product back to us. The shipping costs for returning a damaged, defective, or incorrect item will be borne by us. However, if a return is initiated for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. In some cases, you may be offered store credit as an alternative to a refund.

Exchanges

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
